ICTs in Human Resource Management in Universities Las Tic en la Gestión del Recurso Humano de las Universidades

Abstract

The use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), have become today an agile tool that allows managing various aspects, among which human resources stand out; therefore, according to what concerns the present article makes relevance on these technologies from the university context. Regarding the innovation that is currently required to generate competitiveness, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) have been imposed, generating greater digital literacy and high productivity by those who implement them in their organizational structure. In this way, these tools help to change the way of seeing the management of human resources in all organizations, in addition to creating awareness of training and skills acquisition.
