Abstract

This research allowed the design of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System based on Decree 1072 of 2015 in a construction company to respond to the need to establish clear guidelines on documented information. Initially, a diagnosis was made to know the current status of the company. In the same way, the Colombian Technical Guide (GTC 45) was used to identify the hazards and assess the risks in Occupational Safety and Health. Finally, Decree 1072 of 2015 was used as a reference to document the minimum legal requirements of a management system.
