Abstract

The development of this degree project aims to provide a proposal supported in the regulatory framework of the Integrated Model of Planning and Management MPIG, accompanied by the quality policies stipulated by the ISO 9001 quality management model, pointing out the importance of assurance of quality in public institutions through the guidelines set forth in the guide for management by process within the framework of the integrated model of planning and management, which provides the fundamental tools to standardize all the activities carried out within the offices of all entities belonging to the public role. The general objective of the research is the formulation of a manual of processes and procedures projected for the portfolio recovery area of the municipality of San José de Cúcuta, which seeks to strengthen the management of activities and processes in the entity, previously trained in a standardized document in favor of the correct flow of actions carried out in this office, for the fulfillment of this objective, a diagnosis of the sector will be carried out through the tools provided in the qualitative methodology, thus achieving the basis for the characterization and after this the formulation of processes and procedures.
