Voltage-time curve in an aniquilation-creation vortex-antivortex process

Resumen

En esta contribución se estudió la respuesta eléctrica de la creación-aniquilación de vórtices cinemáticos en una película superconductora en presencia de una corriente continua externa  a campo magnético nulo. La película se encuentra en contacto con diferentes tipos de materiales simulados a través del parámetro de extrapolación de deGennes ; a s u vez, posee una pequeña región metálica localizada a una distancia  del centro. Usamos la teoría de Ginzburg-Landau dependiente del tiempo para describir la variación voltaje en función del tiempo  en un proceso de creación-aniquilación de vórtices cinemáticos considerando varias posiciones del defecto metálico y del parámetro de deGennes. Nuestra investigación muestra que las corrientes críticas, amplitud y frecuencia de las oscilaciones en la curva  dependen fuertemente del parámetro de deGennes y de la posición del defecto en la muestra.
