Abstract

This article focuses on alternative and to create business processes, analyzing the different perspectives within the national context paralleling against the possibilities of finding employment in a developing country like Colombia. Widely aspects to consider when thinking about starting a business are defined.

It emphasizes the need to seek new alternatives to economic and social development of the regions, which also promote different economic strata through the generation of jobs and analyzing the various solutions from different sectors of the private economy.

So then the main factors are determined from points of economic, educational and social perspective to be taken into account to make firm and its consequences to terms defined time.
