Abstract

Complex thought, the Sciences of complexity and self-organization are the new theoretical references to the sciences of management within the framework of contemporary science. International institutions such as the school of humanism and management (HEM) in Canada, the London School of Economics (LSE), and the Santa Fe Institute (SFI) in the USA, as well as the currents of thought of the Frankfurt School led by Max Horkheimer and the postmodernist School of Michael Foucault, have enriched the construction of an epistemology for Management Sciences. Those specific purposes are: 1. analyze the theories and critical received by the management classic and linear from of the thought post-structuralist; 2. highlight the theories and the practice of this new current theoretical for it management; 3 compare the post-structuralist concepts of management with the evolution of the Management Sciences; and 4. Identify specific areas for action where generated structural changes in academic programs of Management Sciences.
