Abstract

This inquiry is directed to propose management strategies to manage construction projects, which is based on a set of knowledge and experience over time has been of great value in the context dela Construction Industry to support the potential cost savings efforts, optimal use of knowledge and experience in construction, operations planning, design and field to achieve the overall project objectives in this respect the owner and the contractor should be the same information regarding the implementation of constructability because the contractor is more focused on the priorities set by the owner and not the progressive and effective
impact of the project.
