Preparación de los padres para el alta del niño prematuro: Análisis de concepto

Resumo

Introdução: O cuidado que as crianças prematuras recebem no seu lar é determinante para a sua saúde e bem-estar; consequentemente, a preparação para a alta da unidade neonatal é um processo crítico. Nessa revisão analisa-se o conceito preparação dos pais para a alta da criança prematura, com o objeto de facilitar a sua descrição na prática e na pesquisa em enfermagem.  Métodos: Revisão integrativa da literatura. Analisaram-se 26 artigos publicados em SCIELO, LILACS e PUBMED entre 2009 e 2019 em inglês, espanhol e português. Os descritores empregados foram: Enfermagem, recém-nascido prematuro, alta de paciente e pais.  Para a análise de conceito empregou-se o método de Walker e Avant, identificando atributos, antecedentes e consequências. Resultados Os atributos do conceito foram: conhecimentos e habilidades para o cuidado, preparação emocional dos pais e redes de apoio social. Como antecedentes identificaram-se: o parto prematuro e a participação dos pais. Como consequências: diminuição dos reintegros hospitalários, amento na satisfação dos pais e desfrute do rol paterno. Conclusão: A preparação dos pais para a alta hospitalar das crianças prematuras deve favorecer o desenvolvimento de habilidades emocionais, físicas e cognitivas, além de considerar-se as redes de apoio social.
