Analysis of available factors for the development of a food and nutrition policy by 2032 Análisis en el factor de disponibilidad de alimentos para el desarrollo de una política alimentaria y nutricional al 2032

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the factors to be taken into account in the formulation of the Public Food Safety Policy in the municipality of Sutatausa - Cundinamarca, Colombia. The study was carried out from the mixed approach, and the present one alludes to two moments of the process developed during the investigation. The first phase corresponds to the bibliography analysis with a descriptive design; the second phase, with the IAP design, through work tables, a SWOT matrix was made. The results show, on the one hand, the low academic production in scientific publications at the national level, on this subject; in addition to the perspectives of the citizens of the municipality, represented in the different actors that participated in the discussions around the food security of the municipality. The DOFA matrix, allowed to propose, the strategies that are suggested to advance in the process of formulating public policies, for which the possible scenarios are, from the strategic prospective, challenges and are proposed both for the representatives of the State, as of education, unions and the co-responsibility of citizens in the achievement of leading the municipality to be competitive and sustainable, both for those who live in it and for the región
