Interconnectivity of educational institutions through the use of TIC Interconectividad de las instituciones educativas con el uso de las TIC

Abstract

The investigation group (GITYD) Teleinformática and development of Software of the plan of studies of Engineering of Systems of the University Francisco of Paula Santander Ocaña, wants to show in this article the obtained results of the project lnterconectividad of the Educational lnstitutions with the use of the ITC's, where you carries out the phase of installation of the academic system "Genesis SIA" and of Webpage "Genesis WEB"in the schools of Ocaña.

With the development of  Webpage you achievement that students, family parents and educational they are upgraded in the events, important dates and relating notes to the educational institution, like dates of you register, of family parents' meetings, promoted promotions, among others.

With the handling of the Academic System the processes were speeded up of it registers, 1 enter of notes, reports of academic bulletins, assignment of loads among others; this way the activities are assigned to the person that corresponds being able to balance the procedures.

For such a reason it is important the contribution carried out by the developers of the project of the University Francisco de Paula Santander Ocaña, in the constant accompaniment in each process that has been carried out.
