This article set up the skills the students hove to acquire in the System Engineering and how their period of training from the classroom in which apprenticeship process is establish on an appropriate methodology for the acquisition of study habits that entail successfully to the investigation and its participation in the professional life.

From this context, the university, in the construction of its syllabus looks forward the competences approach in its students, that allows them to develop and to apply the technologies in_information environment work related to specific fields of engineering like the networks and the information systems . Without leaving of side the formation of the student as person and member of the society.
