Abstract

In this work of investigation some of the worries approach of the scientific community related to the cellular immunology of the Tuberculosis (TB) and the resistance of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) to the antibiotics. The motivation is to determine, under what conditions is infection with the bacillus of the Mtb controlled by the immune system and the action of antibiotics? For this end, there appeared the general aim to describe the population dynamics of the principal populations of cells of the immune system (macrophages and cells T) that interact with the bacterium by means of systems of differential ordinary not linear equations. Specifically, there are formulated and analyze two models of the cellular immunology of the TB and a model on the immunology of the TB and the resistance of the Mtb to the antibiotics. The dynamics of the mathematical models is described in terms of reproductive basic numbers.
